I've only been using the app for the first day, but I can't help but admire the support team (Lich)! It would have been easier to move settings such as text color into the UI, but all my requests were met upon request.

I am a small business from India, we make products out of fabric waste.
I have never seen this kind of support and understanding from any other product maker till now. The support was amazing, they go out of the way to help. Best chat support from HOA ever! My problem was solved in less than 60 seconds, and I'm not a techie at all. I'm a non-profit volunteer trying to build a site on a shoe string. I was so grateful to find this app, and I was blown away by the quick, helpful customer service!!!

Great app! Was looking for a free app to be able to add a couple of personalisation boxes to some product pages and this was quick and easy to use. I had some questions and Hoa came on chat and helped me straight away. Was able to add 2 persoanlisation boxes for name and size to my custom product pages within about 15 mins from getting app. highly recommend!
