Easify Custom Product Options

I would like to sincerely thank Liv, Kat, and Mari from the Easify support team for their outstanding support. Each of them has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my setup process.

Kat and Mari went the extra mile by providing Loom video tutorials, which made understanding the setup much easier and saved me a lot of time. Their step-by-step guidance was clear, practical, and extremely effective, especially for the more complex logic conditions.

Liv was also very responsive and supportive, ensuring that my questions were addressed. Thanks to their dedication and excellent customer service, I was able to resolve my issues efficiently. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend the Easify.

The price is very reasonable, and the features are sufficient for customized websites. However, some issues were found during use. For example, when multiple layers are stacked, the preview on the right does not display the actual pattern of each layer, which is very inconvenient. The only way to align them is through additional design layers. Also, the font selection cannot be set individually, resulting in some text being positioned too high and others too low.

A Great Experience with Easify Customer Support! I had a frustrating problem with a file upload option set—the uploaded file simply wouldn't open. Lich jumped in immediately, efficiently worked through the issue, and had it resolved in no time. Not only are Easify apps excellent tools, but their customer support is top-tier and truly makes a difference..

Tout est fluide et agréable. Lorsque j'ai une question ou une demande particulière, il y a toujours quelqu'un de disponible dans la minute pour trouver des solutions pertinentes. Je suis assez casse tête et pointilleuse mais honnêtement je ne trouve rien à redire sur cette application qui me permets de mettre en lumière toutes les idées que j'ai en tête !

It is a good and well functioning configurator that allows you to handle complicated configurations and calculations easy and seemless to Shopify. Excellent chat support - especially Clove helped me fast and competent

This app provides an impressive amount of flexibility once you learn how to use it. The support team is responsive (thank you Mari! (and Thomas) (and Clove, lol)) and will help walk you through some of the more complicated bits. There is room for improvement and I hope they keep developing this because its the best we've used so far.

Easify is very easy to use and does exactly what it promises. The interface is clear, the setup is simple, and it saves a lot of time on my Shopify store. Customer support is responsive and helpful. Great app, highly recommended.
