Very slow customer service. I am waiting two days now for support. Not acceptable. Options are a crucial part of a shop, and customer service must be faster in case of issues. If you offer your app worldwide, then you have to offer worldwide customer service as well.

Easify is a very easy to set up and understand app and the functionalilty of it is great.

The support team are more than helpful, Net understood my request and helped me set up specialist option sets and price scaling which was a quiet unique request.

Couldn't reccomend them enough.

I wanted to express my deep gratitude towards the Easify support team, and especially to Net, for their outstanding customer service. I recently integrated Easify into my Shopify site to add custom variant options for a wide range of products, a significant challenge that required a solution both flexible and powerful. Easify met all my expectations, but where the team truly shone was in their customer support.

Faced with a specific need – to integrate these custom variant options into a custom page of my shop – I turned to Easify's support, not really knowing what to expect since this feature was not directly supported by the app. This is where Net stepped in, with remarkable professionalism, patience, and expertise. Extremely solid, quick and competent customer service and very unique options for variant customization at a fair price.

No other app can do formula-backed price calculations except this one.

I'll be switching my stores over to this, because this one app allows me to remove three (!) others on account of feature depth.

Absolutely pointless free version. It limits a very basic feature, which is price per variant, to the point that the free version is completely useless. Is like I'm offering a free car but with no wheels, engine or steering wheel.
