I loved the individual approach. Do not hesitate to contact the customer support team. I'm glad to get a prompt and professional assistance by Hoa. Everything was set perfectly in 15 minutes. I installed the app because of the good reviews and the price being lower than another app. I initially had difficulty as it is not completely intuitive. I emailed the support and uninstalled the app to check another one. I received a reply from Hoa and he helped me with screenshots and I was able to get it working. I am happy with this and will be signing up for the paid version.

I've installed this and had it less than 30 seconds and already it's saved me a TON of work. Hoang popped up in the built in live chat to check in when I was circling the same page repeatedly, so it's good to know there's someone to help if you need it.
Shout out to Zoe in the Communities for providing information about this app when I was ready to commit to following someone's coding instructions.

After a bit of learning, I was able to do quite a lot of cool things with different products and changes that auto-populate throughout the store. When I did have a question, I reached out to customer support late one night and they responded immediately and had solved my issue in less than an hour. Definitely appreciate them!
