Easify Custom Product Options

Needed an easy solution for adding options that ties to our SKU in Netsuite, a lot of other apps only allowed options within Shopify, With some work with the Development team, they made it easy to work with and absolutely easy to do! Thank you.

The app works well and does exactly what it's supposed to. Setting up our product options was easy, compared to our experience w/ competing apps we've used in the past. Their customer service is extremely good, especially for an app at this price point. Shoutout Gavin, Mari, Chloe, and the rest of the team.

The app is very user friendly and customisable. The team (shout out Tracy, Anne and Thomas) is amazing - they provide fast & considered chat responses & extremely prompt action on all requests. Very easy to work with, would recommend.

I have had a couple of problems with add-ons not showing up in the cart, both were fixed within 24 hours. Their customer service is great! Very pleased.

I tried several personalization apps, and this one is by far the best in terms of functionality and features. It simply does more than the others. It offers a huge amount of flexibility and is highly customizable.

Surprisingly, it’s also the easiest one to use. It’s easy to apply to products and simple to set up. On top of that, their customer service is excellent. When I hit a limitation with something I wanted to do, they helped me find a way to make it happen.

It’s really important to our store that our customization experience feels like an experience, and this app helps us deliver that.

I have been looking for an easy to use but fully capable product customizer for at least 2 years. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on other tools just to find out they were all hype, had very limited options, did not work at all, not compatible with my Shopify Ultra Theme, and so on.

When I have had questions or issues with Easify Custom Product Options, the team there has been kind and have addressed all of my concerns within 24 hours or less (usefully less!).

I am very pleased with the look and feel of the custom product builder that now allows my customers to self-serve instead of emails or messages back and forth, which has taken up most of my time.

This tool will allow me to offer my products in a more streamlined form and my customers to get the experience they expect.

I had to reach out to them twice now and every time they have been very responsive and quick to give updates when I asked. Great customer support which is not very common now days. They resolved my issues with my theme and got me going without all the headaches that I have had with other apps/plugin companies.

Ive currently only got the free version of your app and I must say, there are a lot you provide that should be in the premium versions. The settings and customizations are easy to understand and the user interface while navigating the app I streamlined and non complicated. I've made a great choice in app selection for my custom product options and I'll continue to use this app in the long term and can't wait to see what extras the premium versions hold.

Easify is a fantastic product options app, and the customer service truly sets it apart.
