10/10 customer service!! still learning the App and they help me thru the process even if i'm using the free version for now. thinking about switching to pro eventually for my business need but i feel safe doing it with this customer service.

Es una aplicación muy fácil de usar, con muchas opciones y variantes que le puedes añadir a tus productos, y si en algún momento tienes dudas, puedes contactar con el chat en vivo que tienen.
En mi caso, contacté con Hoa quien me ayudó resolviéndome él mismo las dudas. ¡Es genial usar esta aplicación!

The app it self was everything I was looking for, and the customer service is incredible.
Had some customization requests, got the answer and customization in less than 30 min at no extra-cost.
Totally and unquestionably worth the paid plan!

Works perfectly at least with simple options - many other apps have not been compatible with my theme. Great customer service even with the free plan! This is perfect app for my store. I have simple needs during some time of year and some more complicated on seasons. I can change the plan when needed and keep the app free when I need only simple options.

I'm satisfied with the app's features, but when I asked about the font settings in the chat, Hoa immediately provided support and resolved it. I'm still in the process of configuring, but I feel very reassured to proceed with the settings.

The customer service from Easify is incredibly helpful. I just downloaded the app for my store. The few issues I had for initially integrating it into my site were immediately solves by the Lich in customer service. They helped properly activating the app and were quick to customize things so it perfectly matched my brand colours, look, and font. This is the app you should invest in for expanding the variants of your products.
