I’ve had a great experience using Easify as an add-on for Shopify. It’s user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with my store. I did run into an error I couldn’t resolve on my own, but Suzy from customer service was incredibly helpful—she responded quickly, walked me through the issue, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Avec toutes les application disponible pour les variantes et option, j'étais totalement perdue! j'ai essayer 2 application avant Easify custom !! Et je peut le dire, c'est de loin La meilleur ! Hyper simple d'utilisation, tout est si bien expliquer et surtout le service d'aide via le chat ma énormément aider ! je voulais faire une modification mais je n'y arriver pas, alors j'ai tenter et envoyer un message. Liv à résolu le problème en quelques minutes !! vraiment un service aimable, expert et hyper réactif !! Merci pour votre application

too many bugs and issues all the positive reviews are fake. looks at the negative reviews all are from genuine shops who have been frustrated with this crap app. the developers created this app like a overnight hackathon meaning it breaks easily. wasted over 5 months on the highest plan . everyday i find something broken. works one day and next days its broken without any changes from my side. highly not recommended. i have provided picture of bugs to the team but i would like a full refund of the 6 months of premium plain i paid for. i have picture of countless bugs i have found using this app. the live oreview doesnt work on mobile. the prices randomely change on the add ons. the UI uses black text on black backround that makde its impossible to see the text. countless bugs.

I've tried a few product option apps, and Easify is by far the best. Managing complex custom variants for my lifestyle brand used to be a headache, but this app handles everything—from conditional logic to add-on pricing—flawlessly. The backend is very user-friendly, and the frontend design looks professional and clean on both mobile and desktop. A must-have tool for scaling a customizable product catalog!

This app really helps me a lot on designing the option set of my product. They have many custom option. Once I faced any difficulties, I reached out to their customer support. They generally replied my message in minutes. Especially Kat, she is a friendly and responsible staff who solved my problem. A good and satisfied Customer Service is the essence of a good shopify app. Easify can do so.

Tracy was great. I surfaced an issue on Friday. They mentioned it's something the Easify team needs to fix. Came back on Monday and saw that they already fixed the issue less than 10 hours after I submitted the issue. Very grateful!

Fantastic app that has been a great addition to our store. It makes upselling products through options simple and effective. The support team (especially Chloe!) is incredibly responsive and always goes the extra mile to solve any issues or custom requests quickly. Highly recommended!

The app has been super great and runs very smooth with many options to choose from. The support has been just amazing, this is the only Shopify app that I've used that has live chat for support, a true game changer when you need assistance.
