Easify Custom Product Options

Just getting started with this app but the customer service 24/7 chat is unparalleled. I have tried other apps and when you have to wait for a return e-mail, everything takes way too long. My chat representative (Clove) went above and beyond. I wanted to see if their app could do what I needed and she quickly created a video of exactly what I wanted to accomplish. She then proceeded to send me another video with a step by step guide to create the same feature on my end. Also a huge plus is the app is a lot easier to use then others, with a big database of how to guides for the features they offer.

I had a small issue with how my option labels were showing on my website and Anne reached out to my almost immediately. I provided what she needed to evaluate the issue and she was able to have my site customized to meet my needs in no time. Couldn't be happier. I absolutely love this app! I couldn't run my website without it.

The app is very comprehensive and a must have for detailed product personalisation. It has many features that our business needs to operate and sell effectively across a diverse range. I was struggling with our previous variation app as didnt do what we needed, Easify certainly does what it says on the tin and a whole lot more. Currently using pro version but will upgrade again when its required as the other features offered are top shelf.

Had an issue with initial set up creating base options as was adding order incorrectly and causing confusion, jumped on to Easify support and Gavin was on hand to help within minutes and helped rectify the problem immediately. Thanks Gavin and the Easify team, genius app with so many features other apps cant supply! Excellent!

I just recently started using the app, and anytime I've reached out to customer support, they've been incredibly responsive. I especially appreciate that they set up your first option set for free. That took a huge weight off my shoulders because conditional logic can be a bit overwhelming if you're new to it.

Chloe was fantastic! She answered all of my questions, got my first option set configured in just a few minutes, and even shared helpful suggestions to make the customization process easier for my customers. The level of support has exceeded my expectations, and I'm really happy with my experience so far.

I have been using this app for about 3 months and love how easy it is to use and customise to my needs. I ran into an issue which I couldn't fix, so contacted the team to help. They were very prompt in answering my queries, and kept me up-to-date while the development team took a deeper look into my issue. I highly recommend using Easify - for someone who is definitely not tech savvy it's so good to know their support team is available 24-7 to help me resolve any problems I encounter. Very nice app, easy to use, great support, many options available just for 10 usd a months. I tested competitors app and for this money they have half functions. Only one thing i wil advise (which complicated a lot my chose) is make much more videos of how to make as well as videos from bloggers. it make trust.

We have used this app for over a year now to allow our customers to configure options and customize their products. The app works like expected, but what's even better than the app function is how responsive their team has been when odd bugs or theme conflicts come up. Every single time I reach out (which is actually infrequent, the app just works) my issue is resolved same day if not within a few minutes.

10/10 would highly recommend this app if you're looking to give your customers configuration and customization.

This app solved the exact problem we had of adding color swatches for multiple customization in the product cards. We wanted to make the outline on the selected color more obvious and Anne was able to fix it for us for free. It’s a great resource to add to our website and the staff were so helpful and responsive.
