Easify Custom Product Options

The app has been super great and runs very smooth with many options to choose from. The support has been just amazing, this is the only Shopify app that I've used that has live chat for support, a true game changer when you need assistance.

I've tried a few product option apps, and Easify is by far the best. Managing complex custom variants for my lifestyle brand used to be a headache, but this app handles everything—from conditional logic to add-on pricing—flawlessly. The backend is very user-friendly, and the frontend design looks professional and clean on both mobile and desktop. A must-have tool for scaling a customizable product catalog!

Tracy was great. I surfaced an issue on Friday. They mentioned it's something the Easify team needs to fix. Came back on Monday and saw that they already fixed the issue less than 10 hours after I submitted the issue. Very grateful!

Been using fort a few months now, app is easy to get to grips with and support are really helpful if any issues. The conditional logic is ideal for my store where I want to only add certain product options to specific variants of a product. All in all, a great little app.

Easify is a fantastic product options app, and the customer service truly sets it apart. Whenever I run into an issue with my setup, I can hop on chat support and they resolve it quickly, usually within 24 hours, with very little back and forth. I have been very satisfied with the service and the app itself. This app has a large amount of configuration options to help with different options you need for your products. The customer service is great as well. They are responsive and have solved every issue I have encountered. Highly recommend this app. I have even upgraded to a paid plan, and it has paid itself off already
