Easify is great and affordable way to customize your listings in just about every way possible. Their customer support is responsive and helpful.
I needed variants to work in a different way, and they let me know they have a beta update they could offer me access to! In a few hours they switched my account over, and I got free early access to some upcoming features.

Great customer support, a feature is not working as it should they will work on it (options based on shopify variants), but Tracy was really helpful to find another solution and custom design also the options!

This app helps bootstrap your Products and PDP ordering with easily configured option-sets, saving weeks and months of development work. We needed something that blended well and had a lot of flexibility by variant, and being able to tag a product with a keyword to show these option sets works really well for our product maintenance.

Easy to set up, even for this old guy. Works well...
I'm sure there is somethings I could be doing better, overall I'm pleased.
Our setup looks clunky, and I'm unsure how to fix it. But it doesn't bother the customer. We have sold over $6000 in merchandise that we have personalized in just the first couple of months. Definitely making a difference!

I have tried several apps for personalization in my shopify store. They were all very complicated and I could never figure out how to use them. Then I found easify. It is so EASY to use and straight forward. The support system in great. Anne was very helpful and they answer any support issues you need within just a few hours.

For someone who is constantly on the chat (or what feels like it!) because I am just not into tech at all, every time has been a really great experience. The query or the things I just haven't been able to figure out someone the other end has been super helpful and solved it every time!

Our website was experience a conflict between apps, at first we assumed it was Easify as it was the newest app we installed that was causing the issue. The team at Easify were able to listen to our issue and jump into testing, it turned out it wasn't the Easify app causing the conflict, but the team were able to narrow down the conflicting apps and were able to point us to the right direction or people to contact.
Communication was prompt once the ball started rolling. They took our minor issue seriously and were keen to get to the bottom of it. Despite not being the problem, they extended their help if we weren't able to resolve it after contacting the developers of the other apps. That is above and beyond for me.
The app has been handy so far, we are yet (and excited) to start incorporating their features under more listings.
