I am finally able to comment, and I am very happy to use this app. I have received help from many members of this team, such as Charles, Clove, Tracy, Liv, Daisy, Anne, and so on. Their team really has a lot of people, so there may be some names that are not mentioned. They all did their best to help me and replied quickly. By the way, many of the features of this app are quite good, but for the features I requested, even if the app doesn't have them, they told me that they will be developed in the future.

amazing app and amazing service, very easy to use compared to other apps, i tried 3 before i found this one and none of the others worked properly, this app is amazing for customised options. I had an issue where my images were the wrong shape so couldn't get them to turn into circles, i contacted support and they custom coded an extra bit in to save me editing 36 of my images to the correct size!! Very impressed. Will be installing this app on my other stores when required, thanks so much

I have quite a big of experience with Bundling Apps and this is perfect for folks that want to have purchases come in under a single cart item. I contact them about an issue I had with my theme work and they fixed in one business day. Great service!

I had some trouble understanding how the app works, but thanks to Liv, everything became so much easier. She was very patient, polite, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond to help me understand. I really appreciate her support! This rating is for Clove from customer support who did great in trying to help me resolve the issue I was having. Though I found out that the app does not currently support what I need under the conditional logic, I would say I am impressed with the quick assistance from Clove and the fact that she understood what I was explaining which was a little tricky to understand if she was not paying attention but she did understand and was very patient. For customer service and their readiness to accept feedback to improve their app, I give this app 5 stars.

I’m giving this app a 5-star rating for its outstanding service. The setup was quick and easy I had everything up and running in just about two hours, thanks to the app's intuitive design. The user experience is seamless, and I was able to customize fonts, colors, buttons, and more to perfectly match my website’s style. There was a small hiccup, but Daisy and Clove from the support team were fantastic jumping in immediately to resolve the issue. The glitch was simply due to reordering the variants, and once I followed the app’s suggestion, everything worked smoothly. The app itself is not only functional but also has a cute aesthetic! The only downside is that inventory doesn't sync in real-time while shopping, but there’s a workaround involving an additional app. Overall, it’s been a great experience!

Etwas störend sind die großen Werbeeinblendungen zu anderen Produkten dieses Anbieters in den Einstellungen, das könnte man auch subtiler lösen.
Der Support reagiert sehr schnell und kompetent.
So hat der Mitarbeiter Clove z. B. innerhalb von 10 Minuten auf meine Anfrage reagiert und mein Problem schnell lösen können.
An extensive extension that allows you to offer customers product personalisation.
The large adverts for other products from this provider in the settings are somewhat annoying; this could be solved more subtly.
Support responds very quickly and competently.
For example, the employee Clove responded to my enquiry within 10 minutes and was able to solve my problem quickly.

Exceptional Flexibility and Outstanding Support
We installed this program for evaluation purposes, and it has proven to be incredibly flexible — exactly what we needed for our complex technical product. One of the standout features is the ability to dynamically show compatible accessories based on the specific options selected by the customer. This is a game-changer for us. Instead of explaining which accessories work with which configurations, the customer now simply selects their product options and instantly sees only the relevant accessories. It saves us time and prevents confusion — brilliant!
As for the support — I’m genuinely impressed. Initially, I wasn’t completely happy with how the cart behaved after selecting options and hitting the "Add to Cart" button. The team immediately understood the logic behind my concern, responded quickly, and proposed a perfect solution. They implemented it right away, and now everything works exactly as it should.
If I could give more than 5 stars for the support team, I absolutely would. Outstanding job!

Exactly what I needed to capture specific information for my business. We personalize a lot of items and I needed an easy way to capture the information, add a charge when someone requests personalization and a report I could run that would provide the information left in the personalization field.
