Un service client hors norme : Ouissal est tout simplement incroyable !
Je tiens à partager mon expérience exceptionnelle avec EasyAds, et plus particulièrement avec Ouissal. Pour être honnête, je n’ai jamais vu un service client d’une application Shopify se donner autant de mal pour la réussite d'un utilisateur.
Ouissal a été extraordinaire : elle s'est connectée directement à mon ordinateur pour prendre le temps de tout vérifier avec moi. Elle m’a accompagné pas à pas, à chaque étape, sans jamais compter ses heures. C’est bien plus qu’un simple support technique, c’est un véritable coaching personnalisé.
Ce qui m’a le plus marqué :
Une compréhension immédiate : Elle a tout de suite cerné ma niche (Travel Tech) et mes besoins. Elle ne donne pas de conseils génériques ; ses recommandations étaient précises et parfaitement adaptées à mes produits.
Une compétence technique rare : Au-delà de sa grande bienveillance, c’est une experte. La communication est fluide, elle comprend tout du premier coup et sait rendre les choses simples.
Une disponibilité exemplaire : Nous avons passé un long moment ensemble pour que tout soit parfait. Elle est d'une serviabilité et d'une patience que l'on ne trouve nulle part ailleurs.
Grâce à son aide et à son professionnalisme, nous avons lancé notre premier tunnel avec une totale confiance. Après ces quelques jours de tests, je vais sans aucun doute passer à l'abonnement Pro pour en déployer plusieurs autres.
Un immense merci à Ouissal pour son engagement et bravo à EasyAds d'avoir une personne aussi compétente et dévouée dans son équipe.

Managing a Shopify store can be quite challenging, but the Easy app has made everything so much simpler for me. The interface is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. I was surprised to see some negative reviews because my personal experience has been nothing but positive. I had a very poor experience with EasyAds. The app had persistent errors and was not usable at all. Despite this, I was still charged, and even after uninstalling the app, billing issues remained. I tried contacting the developer via live chat, but received no response. Very disappointing support and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this app.
I’m genuinely not exaggerating when I say this: Easy Ads has made a real difference for my store. I’ve already started seeing better results and actual sales growth.
What truly sets them apart is their support. I’ve never dealt with a team this patient and helpful. They don’t just explain how the app works — they go much further. They helped me improve my store overall, from pricing and promotions to layout and general strategy.
It honestly feels like I hired a full team rather than just installed an app. I finally feel supported, and no matter how many questions I asked (even the obvious ones), they were always kind, responsive, and encouraging.

Just to clarify, Shopify manages all billing directly. If the app isn’t fully uninstalled before the trial ends, Shopify will automatically issue the first invoice. This is a standard process across all apps on the Shopify App Store.

Great support team, no delays nor neglecting the issue. Problem was fixed on the spot while we were in the google meeting discussing it. Very nice clarifications and instructions. Nothing was unclear! They do help with any questions you ask! Great job team easy!
