The customer service is impeccable. It feels like they're working with me on my business rather than just doing their job as a representative for EasyAds. They're patient, polite, and friendly. They even helped me edit my funnel after giving me feedback on why my CTR is below 1 percent. Super proactive!

Currently owing 29 dollars for an app I didn't use. I installed it and it didn't work so I uninstalled it after 5 minutes and now it's charging me 29 dollars for nothing. This is crap. I want to be reimbursed for my money.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. We understand how frustrating getting charged for a service you barely used can be.

For all of the third-party apps that you install via Shopify, please keep in mind that the developer does not have any access to your payment method; we don't see your billing information or control when you are charged.

This is why the app's fee is under a bill with Shopify, not us.

We want to assure you that we are more than willing to assist you in resolving this matter. Please reply to our email providing a screenshot of your bill so we can proceed with a refund or charge reversal depending on your case.
