Two days into using Easy Ads for Facebook Ads and I love the effectiveness and simplicity of the app. I enjoy using the AI-generated description for my products.
Review after 1 week of use;
Pros:
It's very easy to setup and the interface is very user-friendly. Love it.
Cons:
1-I had an issue with payment on Meta and ads stopped. It's ok but this app deleted all the data on my funnel. Statistics and campaign setup is gone forever!!! It would be great to reactivate and continue from the point where it stopped.
2-I don't know how to track orders generated from this app.
I Like the way they guide step by step about ads and other diagnosis about website issues. Their live help (chat) is awsome too. Overall experience is very good so far. Highly recomended for people who are strugling for exact facebook ads.
For my experience, it is the best out there! The plugin is well structured and easy to setup! I have started having traffic just few hours after the setup is complete! I totally recommand!
my fb ads account has a issue with payment thats reason i don't want use it and want uninstall after approve the bill you guy's write no charge in 10 days now its show me have to pay $27.95 usd how is that thing is work explained to me someone

The app's charge is under a Shopify bill, not a bill with our name.
An app developer cannot access your billing information and, therefore cannot charge you.
With the tools available to us, we can only reverse an existing charge, or approve a refund for one already made.

Took me 3 days to set up the free trial but overall the Ai service was helpful. So far so good.
Very helpful and I love everything about it, for example, they've already brought customers into my store!!!
