It took some time to initially setup and get it all to work correctly but the support seemed to always be available to assist and find resolutions to issues. Now we've had it running for perhaps around 9 months or more and are seeing excellent ROAS and still playing with some changes regularly, helped by the support team offering advise and information about some unknown, to me, Do's and Don't on Meta.

I had several problems with the Easy Ads app at the beginning — the ads were not working properly and I experienced a lot of bugs. I contacted support and I was really impressed by the help I received, especially from Ouissal.
She was extremely professional, patient, and always available to help. She even scheduled a Google Meet call with me to make sure everything was fixed correctly and that I understood every step. What I appreciated the most is that she kept following up with me afterward to be sure everything was still working perfectly and that I had no more issues.

Easy Ads makes my life easy and has also saved me thousands in digital marketing consulting fees and saves me a lot of time. I'd recommend to any online store owner who's still starting out.
Their professional marketing team even contacts you to advise on your ads and do site audits of your store to see where you can improve in order to make your ads deliver even better.
It simply doesn’t do what it claims. If you have a large catalog, it only cycles through about six products—and you don’t even get to choose which ones. It feels like the app just promotes whatever it wants.
I did make two sales, but the return doesn’t justify the cost. I’m spending more than I’m making, which defeats the entire purpose.
Support is just as frustrating. When they can’t answer your questions, they shift the blame to your store—even after you prove them wrong. The final straw was being told to “go watch videos on how to improve your store’s performance.” My store doesn’t have performance issues—the app just doesn’t deliver.
At the end of the day, this is a weak product that overpromises and underdelivers.

Our support team carefully reviewed your ads and shared a video with you showing that your campaigns were running with your full product catalog, not limited to only a few items. The app does not restrict or selectively choose products on its own.
Campaign Results & Return on Investment:
Based on the data we reviewed together, we suggested focusing on improving your website conversion rate to help strengthen performance. You had 57 clicks but 32 product views, which suggests some users left before the page fully loaded. You also had 7 add-to-carts, 1 initiated checkout, and 2 purchases, indicating some drop-off during checkout that could be optimized.

The AI in this Ap is garbage. You choose a collection for it to promote and promotes different pics and items than in the description. I even had clients ask about items and description mis match. When you ask the AI questions or clarification it shuts down.

The app doesn't work and despite uninstalling after 4 days within trial period they still charged which i have asked for a refund.
The app creates the campaigns and just spend money, it doesn't know how the paid marketing works.

Campaign Experience:

Many users with these foundations start seeing results within the first 7 days, but ads alone do not automatically guarantee sales.

I am starting this app with a 4-star rating because the setup process was incredibly easy and the customer service has been excellent.
I recently switched from a much more expensive alternative that cost nearly four times as much and was packed with unnecessary bells and whistles. As a startup, I was spending way too much money, so I decided to scale back to the basics and find a comparable, budget-friendly solution. This application fits that need perfectly. It offers plenty of room for a business to grow, allowing you to add specific funnels as you scale—and even if there is an additional cost for those funnels, it is well worth it.
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars yet is simply because it is too early in the game to judge performance. I need to see how effectively this AI program actually delivers traffic and pushes my advertisements. Once I start seeing heavy promotion translating into solid sales, I will gladly update my review to 5 stars.
For anyone just starting out, I highly recommend utilizing this program and building from there.
