We have no access to your billing information whatsoever or the ability to charge you.

This is crazy. I don't know what has happened but after launching this campaign by easy ads, not only it took a few days to start running but my facebook account got disabled.

Prior to that, I've run many different types of ad sets and and campaign and it all worked out smoothly. My mistake is that facebook account is connected to two businesses that I'm running and now I've lost access to ads for the other business.

I can't even get the facebook account to review. It's ridiculous. And im sure it has something to do with advertising. And at the time it all happened, the only ads that are being run by that account is easy ads. ONLY.

Installed app, granted them access to my facebook ads account and was immediately hacked and charged over $700 for fake ads that had nothing to do with my account.

I installed the Easy Ads App in late December 2023. Let it run for a few weeks and it didn't generate any sales.

I asked for help through their support, and all I got was excuses about why it doesn't work, instead of solutions. I actually was pleading with them to assist me in getting it to work.

After no joy in dealing with two different people, namely: Ouissal and Millenni, I then told them that I'd rather delete the app.

After this, someone else named Maria suggested a call with me to get it working and directed me to their calendar to schedule the call. Which I happily tried to do. Unfortunately, the calendar was fully booked.

So I contacted them again asking when could a slot be made available and was told they would get back to me if a cancellation happened. This was on the 24th of January 2024. Today is the 12 Feb and I haven't heard anything from anyone.

The scary part is that the diary is probably fully booked because so many people are having trouble using the app and are booking support calls.

I was rather disappointed as I believed that the "Easy Ads" app was a good app and that I was doing something wrong and thus asked for help. Sadly it was not forthcoming.

Anyway, I am now exploring alternative solutions. I've given these guys more than enough time and opportunity to assist me in getting their app to work.

Moving forwards and onwards.

This app is horrible. It will take credit for every sale even if the add had nothing to do with it. They should be closed and not allowed to operate. Scam. Funnel doesn’t work either. When you try and reach out you can only speak to ai and there ai answers barely answer questions they just forward you frequently asked questions that don’t answer your questions. Easy ads more lie throw ur money down the drain!!!

Also, kindly note that our customer support is formed by humans, not AI. In fact, AI technology is not advanced enough to operate a live chat on a scale such as Easy Ads.

The following is my opinion and my opinion only. It is not meant to defame the company but to provide an account of my experience.

Like many of you, I found the advertisement for EasyAdsApp through social media. Having sold quite a few paintings and art prints via FB and locally, this looked like a godsend to help me expand my presence.
It certainly looked simple enough: Download the app, connect it to my Shopify Store, fill out a small amount of data concerning products and the customers we wanted to connect with, and click Launch and it would do the rest - all for $29.95. If, after 10 days, I didn't have any sales then I could just cancel it.

OVERVIEW

Here's what I wasn't told (and what you probably weren't either):

Semi-Hidden Cost
1. The $29.95 doesn't include the 10% upcharge of any money you spend on the ads. In other words, if you spend $100 in ads, an additional $10 is added to your bill. If you decided to cancel your order, you'll get the $29.95 back but not the additional 10% - and, of course, not the amount of money you chose to spend on ads. I don't think that's exactly fair but, at least it's sort of there in the print.

You'll (possibly) Need Additional Optimization - You Aren't Told That Upfront

2. I was told by one of the two CS reps I've been able to chat with that EasyAdsApp will only perform well IF you're Shopify store is optimized for speed. Of course, as a new Shopify store owner and a new client of EasyAdsApp I not only didn't have any idea about this BUT I also spent nearly my entire 10 day trial under the assumption that the money I was spending on ads actually had a possibility of generating sales. To be fair, there was the possibility but that possibility was about as good as me playing a one-on-one game of basketball with Michael Jordan in his prime and winning - slim... v e r y slim.

NOT For Products Over $100
3. EasyAdsApp (the standard plan - $29.95) is NOT designed for products that cost over $100. In fact, spending an additional $87 in ads which, in seven days, resulted in 15,933 impressions, 154 clicks but ZERO ($0.00) revenue. When I asked about this, I was told:

"We recommend promoting only the products that are below 100 USD as Meta ads are usually more effective for promoting low to mid-ticket items that require less deliberation."

O.M.G.!! Had I known that upfront I wouldn't have ever tried EasyAdsApp - which would have saved me over $100 in ad spends, more $$$ to optimize my Shopify site and a huge amount of stress and consternation in trying to understand why I wasn't getting any sales.

Confusing Examples:
BTW, on the landing page of EasyAdsApp.com two examples of companies that utilized their app are found. The first company is Portland Leather and, according to simple math, each of their sales would have been $188. Here's the math: Simply divide their Generate Revenue ($43491.57) by the amount of orders (231) you get $188 per sale. FAR above the 'less than $100' suggestion.

Just below it is an ad from Ostry which shows two pair of glasses at $132.00 per pair. Again, higher than what is suggested.

Other reviews show Generated Income in the respective countries currency - I had to convert every number to USD - not impressed.

Is this 'bait and switch' - you tell me?

ALL the HIDDEN Plans and Prices:

Anyway, I considered that it was possible I'd just missed an Upgrade or Upsell in the 'fine print' - somewhere I might be able to find that told me which plan I needed to choose if I wanted to sell products about mid-range price. So, I went back and read through EVERY page of information and guess what? NO mention of this specific issue anywhere!

I did find one instance that mentions "The Solution: Tailored Digital Campaigns with Our Pro Plan" but I didn't find an apparent link to the Pro Plan or any info concerning it.

I FINALLY found info on the Pro Plan. It was at the BOTTOM of the landing page an available only by clicking on a link that has nothing to do with pricing or plans and THEN clicking on ANOTHER link that had just as much in common with pricing or plans as the first link. In other words, I had to 'hunt' for additional info. The Pro Plan is $99 a month.

Again, I would have had ZERO problems paying that BUT, as a potential client, I shouldn't:

1) have to SEARCH for the price
2) have the differences Hidden from me until I tried a 'plan' that was destined to fail.

By the way, IF you happen to be able to find the link I just mentioned, for $49 ($20 more than the 'sale' price of EasyAdsApp) you'll have 2 weeks to try it out instead of 10 days ("14-day money-back guarantee. Try it out for 2 weeks to make sure it's right for you!") The Pro Plan is $99 (one-time) and the Agency Plan is $399 (one-time).

AND - all these plans are for LIFETIME (NOT every month). Talk about hiding the BETTER deal!

Oh! I was going back to make sure I was making correct statements and I found ANOTHER site for the company that offers the Pro Plan for $79 every month!

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

The two ladies I've talked to the most have been Ouissal and Milenni - I suppose that there are others but those are the only two I've even chatted with. They are wonderful ladies. I NEVER get upset at the Customer Service reps because it isn't their fault that something has gone wrong with the product they're trying their best to get right. These people are seriously nice. No sarcasm here at all. They really do try... unfortunately they are hamstrung by the policies of the company itself.

Closed Saturday & Sunday
If you have an issue with your ads on Saturday and Sunday... feel free to take those days and rest and recuperate. Customer Service will get back to you Immediately on Monday (well... "immediately" is my code word for - as soon as they get any other issues corrected from other customers and get to your name - so maybe I should say 'they'll get back to you at some point on Monday).

BLOG:
You might find ALL the articles (6 in total - two that deal with Meta's Pixel) to be instructive. I didn't. But you might.

REVIEWS:

I was only able to find 2 out of around 10 randomly searched for stores on Shopify. Both of them had VERY low-cost products.

CONCLUSION:

I'm reporting EasyAdsApp's parent company (Scalify Solutions, LTD) to the UK (https://www.gov.uk/complain-company). I don't know if it'll help but I'm following through with the complaint - just like I spent time looking into the above portions of the business site. I can't stand it when a company promises something, doesn't deliver and then makes excuses.

#1 & # 2: Ai Generated Art - Now I know no one ever looked at my site. My art isn't Ai Generated. Take a look at it. Ai Generated art is not what I create. Take a look at my Custom Work: https://theoncedeadartist.myshopify.com/pages/custom-portraits I'll put you in touch with the people I've painted for and you can ask them if they are so oblivious that they wouldn't notice if people like Larry or Eric or Heather were Ai Generated!

You also do NOT get a contract with a major SEC school for Ai Generated art!!

BTW, I actually have a section on my site that explains to people the differences between analogue (traditional), digital and ai art. So, I know the difference.

#3: NO Audit was done until I contacted Ouissal to determine why I was getting clicks but no income. Even then, all the 'audit' showed was the my site was running slower than your app needed. ZERO mention of any other issue was mentioned (I've still got the emails to show this).

Further, If ANY audit had been performed on my site, you'd have seen that my prints were around $169 or more.

Try again.

I set up the app once, but after receiving some spammy, persuasive emails from customer service, I caved and reinstalled it. During the second setup, the metrics seemed improved—higher impressions, decent CTR, yet it was just 0.56%, and it kept draining my budget without adding any real value. I'm starting to feel like I'm advertising on a fraud farm, with fake stats where clicks keep occurring, but GA4 tracking shows no conversion data, no traffic to my website. Easy ads are utterly irresponsible in user support. What a mistake to use them! I blew nearly 100 dollars on phony numbers. Don’t bother using it; you'll regret it if you do.

Dear Easy Ads Team,

I must emphasize the importance of sincerity in customer service; please do not provoke my displeasure. Firstly, I would like to reiterate that I have installed your application twice. During my first experience, I was deeply frustrated with the dismissive attitude in the response to my query. My question was regarding an issue with my funnel ads not being distributed in the order of Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Loyalty. Instead, after running for four days in the Awareness phase, it abruptly shifted to the Loyalty funnel.

Mrs. Milenni's response suggested that I should not worry as this was an obvious policy to optimize budget use, accompanied by a link to Facebook's Advantage+ policy. Was this genuinely helpful? What I needed to understand was the rationale behind a funnel that should naturally progress from Awareness to ultimately Loyalty, but instead jumps directly to Loyalty. It's almost comical to expect an audience just becoming familiar with my brand to suddenly exhibit loyalty without having purchased anything from my website.

For this second installation, I have spent nearly 1,000,000 VND (approximately $41.25), which now seems like a questionable investment.

Secondly, regarding the email spam issue, are you certain about sending only two emails? Would you like me to provide screenshots of my inbox showing four emails from Mrs. Maria? I reconsidered my stance out of sympathy for the tone of your emails and gave Easy Ads a second chance, only to be met with disappointing results, leading to its deletion.

Thirdly, when using GA4 for analytics, I noticed a complete absence of traffic from Facebook, which starkly contrasts with the data you double-checked. Please, spare me the humor.

Moreover, your lack of professionalism is profoundly disappointing. Discussing client budgeting, market presence, and international reach is a matter of utmost confidentiality. Your casual mention of these details is enough to question your professional integrity.

In conclusion, please avoid compelling me to escalate this matter through reviews in various forums.

Here are the answers to every point made in your review:

You received exactly 2 emails asking why you uninstalled and offering an extended free trial. We send these emails to all customers who uninstall our app, to get feedback, improve the user experience, and give the user a chance to try the app again without worrying about a charge.

You may have coincidentally received promotional messages regarding our BFCM offer, these messages are sent to all users in case they want to secure a special promotion and are limited to the BFCM period only. You can easily opt out of receiving emails by unsubscribing.

In your conversation with our support team, you expressed concern with budget distribution, to which our support agent replied and explained how the advertising budget works, mainly, that we use Advantage+Budget Optimization.

You did not, at any point, express dissatisfaction with your CTR or request feedback for your funnel. If you did, our support team would recommend that you pause your funnel, and suggest changes and improvements to your audience and ads.

Now, after checking your funnel data, it looks like you were targeting 18 countries, with an audience of 472,500,000 million people, with a low daily budget of 200,000 Vietnamese Dong or $8,25 USD.

Please note that the ideal audience size for such a budget is below 10 million. The reason behind this is when you're optimizing for conversions, you are bidding against other advertisers on the same audience, when you set a low budget and target a large audience, you are losing the ad auction resulting in low CTR.

Kindly note that Easy Ads is a Meta Badged Ad Technology Partner, meaning, we use the same API as the Ads Manager itself. Anything created in Easy can be easily double-checked in the Ads Manager.

Also, kindly note that the Easy Ads dashboard reflects your Ads Manager dashboard, it is in fact, impossible for Easy Ads to show ANY data other than the one tracked by your Pixel and shown on your Ads Manager.

With that being said, we do recommend that you look into your Pixel/Dataset setup. It might be beneficial to troubleshoot your events as you'll encounter the same issues regardless of the platform you're using.

I want to emphasize that my Shopify store was meticulously designed by top-ranking Shopify experts with extensive experience in conversion optimization. I'd be more than willing to share the names of the partners and designers involved to attest to the credibility of the design.

Additionally, my product catalog consists of over 2000 authentic items with proven market appeal. While I understand the importance of a well-optimized store and product selection, I've chosen to explore other solutions.

Currently, I am using a different application that has seamlessly addressed the glitches I encountered on the ads manager. The results have been outstanding, with significant conversions. I value the insights provided by your team but felt compelled to share my experience for transparency.

- If your store has clear branding, is designed for conversions, and has good copy.

- If your product has a proven market fit with the audiences you'll target via ads.

To know if you fit these requirements, you are prompted to ask for feedback after launching a campaign.

Users who have these prerequisites generate sales within the first 7 days of having the app installed.

Simply launching an ad does not mean you will automatically get sales.
