I want to emphasize that my Shopify store was meticulously designed by top-ranking Shopify experts with extensive experience in conversion optimization. I'd be more than willing to share the names of the partners and designers involved to attest to the credibility of the design.

Additionally, my product catalog consists of over 2000 authentic items with proven market appeal. While I understand the importance of a well-optimized store and product selection, I've chosen to explore other solutions.

Currently, I am using a different application that has seamlessly addressed the glitches I encountered on the ads manager. The results have been outstanding, with significant conversions. I value the insights provided by your team but felt compelled to share my experience for transparency.

- If your store has clear branding, is designed for conversions, and has good copy.

- If your product has a proven market fit with the audiences you'll target via ads.

To know if you fit these requirements, you are prompted to ask for feedback after launching a campaign.

Users who have these prerequisites generate sales within the first 7 days of having the app installed.

Simply launching an ad does not mean you will automatically get sales.

Regarding support, kindly note that we do not provide 24/7 live chat support, we provide live chat support 9-5 Mon-Fri as mentioned on our website and this page.

Also, please note that since you opened more than 5 separate support requests, we can see that you have not read all the replies sent to you.

It didn't work for me. After testing and adjusting the ad settings no additional click or conversion occurred. It might work for someone but I don't think it worths any investment.

While the Easyads app has its merits when functioning properly, engaging with support has proven to be a challenging ordeal. Even after providing the necessary information, such as the account number, the team persistently seeks further personal data, requesting additional screenshots. The staff comes across as dismissive, adhering strictly to their scripts and demonstrating an unwillingness to provide assistance that requires creative problem-solving.

The issue you reported was eventually fixed, thanks to the information you so kindly shared.

Used for 4 months, never got to 1% click-thru-rate, never made a single sale. Money, effort & time was wasted.

In fact, Easy Ads is the type of app that does not have any access whatsoever to make changes to your storefront.

I didn't really have success with this app. It's a nice idea and maybe I didn't setup everything 100% correct. My funnels kept deactivating randomly and I would have to go in and switch them back on. Also some of the funnels didn't even get any impressions. Cost per click is MUCH higher than when I run campaigns myself. When reaching out to support it was always awhile before I get a response. With a charge as high as it is monthly you would think they would offer live support everyday but nope. If its a weekend or holiday you're out of luck.

Kindly note that the plan you signed up for has one funnel (campaign) with multiple funnel stages (ad sets), the funnel uses ABO, which means the budget is optimized by Meta; it decides which ad set it spends the budget on. It is normal for some ad sets to not spend initially as that is the purpose of ABO; better usage of your budget.

The CPC (Cost per click) is higher because the campaign optimizes for conversions, not traffic. Also, please note that the audience you choose to target plays a part in your CPC, so if you target a highly competitive market such as the US (Which is the target location you set), you will, of course, get a higher CPC since you are bidding against tens of thousands of other advertisers with higher budgets, targeting the same audience.

Our support team operates on a 9-5 Mon-Friday schedule, we do not offer 24/7 support at the moment. This is also mentioned in our pricing plans.

Please note that it is not a courtesy to include live chat support in all pricing plans, it is reserved for the highest plans starting at $99. However,f for Easy Ads, live chat support is available for all plans starting from $27.96.

Zero support over weekends which count towards the 7 day trial, so.the days are wasted and they are key social media advertising days. When I un-installed to start again on Monday I got an immediate email offering me an Extra 7 days free (I.e 14 days in total) so I did reinstall over the weekend. On Monday however when they were back on duty they backtracked on the extra 7 days and told me to uninstall and reinstall but I have a campaign running after much trial and error so that is not an option. Shocking service. I will let my campaign run, then uninstall and find an alternative. I don't do business with dishonest companies who don't keep to their word. It got worse. My generated by them got rejected by Meta for circumventing. I do not recommend them at all. After their response below I rechecked their email. It definitely said an ADDITIONAL 7 days over and above. If I could review any worse I would. Instead of just apologising they continue to try defend themselves and pass the blame to me. It is a useless app. Don't waste your time

Kindly note that the email you received is for restarting your 7-day free trial, not extending it. Kindly refer back to your inbox and re-read the email.

Uninstalling and installing the app is a requirement for applying free trial days, as it cannot be done (technically) while the app is still installed. Of course, when you uninstall our app, the campaign will be automatically deleted and you'll need to re-create it. This is a standard procedure that happens when anyone uninstalls our app.

Regarding your ads being rejected for circumventing, please note that the very definition of circumventing that you'll find on Meta is directly related to how your website is set up. It can also be a mistake, which you could report to Meta and request a manual review of your ads.

The service is very bad they deducted $39 for me money where it was no single client came to me this whole thing is just nothing and they are very frustrated and nothing really nothing came through and all this reviews are fake

Kindly note that you are charged for your third party apps by Shopify, which why your charge is added to a Shopify bill, not a separate bill. We do not have any access whatsoever to your billing information or the ability to charge you. If you reached out to us before leaving your review, you’ll learn that we grant charge reversals and approve refunds without issues. Kindly reply to our email sharing a screenshot of your bill so we can proceed with the charge reversal.

Regarding the results, kindly note that launching an ad does not automatically mean you’ll get sales, which is why we offer to provide feedback on your products and store before you even launch a funnel.

Finally, kindly note that the reviews on the App Store are monitored by Shopify and they are routinely checked, claiming our reviews are fake because you did not follow the correct procedure concerns Shopify in the first place.

Kindly note that Shopify handles billing for all third-party developers like us, we do not have any access to your billing information or the ability to charge you. App developers can only approve a refund from their partner portal or issue app credits.

That said, you can easily reach out to support using the same interface you left this review, request a refund, and it'll b granted without issues.
