THEY CHARGED ME WITH AN APP UNINSTALLED AND THEY HAVEN'T REFUNDED FOR A MONTH... SHAME!!!
It doesn't work!!! After my first negative review, they tried to make things right. There were 4 orders from the funnel and I assumed everything was fine now. However, it was not like that! A lot of advertising money followed with no return whatsoever. The month of November 2024 was without a single order from their ad, but I was paying for it. December 2024 8 orders from the funnel. I can't even recover a third of the advertising money...

Useless App, uninstalled it on the 9th day as there was no shred of improvement on any aspect, views / clicks were very modest compared to my own created ads, also the ads running by the app were constantly ranked as below average in quality by Meta.

There is Nothing.....Normal Sales ....ACOS is high
I was very disappointed with this app - I installed it 3 days ago and started the trial. The ads are simple funnels that I could have installed myself and is not worth the exorbitant price charged. It wasted 3 days of ad spend that I could have used on my own creatives that perform much better even on day 1. The CTR and other metrics were lower than I expected as well. Do not use this app, rather setup the ads yourself, you will save your business costs and it really does not take long to setup Meta ads - there are many tutorials on YouTube (recent ones) to assist you.
I have seen a lot of people complain here that even though they have uninstalled the app, they still get charged the subscription. I will be blocking my bank account to ensure that the charge does not go through since I have uninstalled this app long before the trial period ends on 8 September.

Easy Ads for Facebook Ads
This app wasted our ad budget, applied series of frivoulous charges on our facebook account and led facebook to suspend the account due to the series of small payments applied - over 15 payments in a few hours.
Sent several messaged to the app developers and they aren't even responding. USELESS WASTE of Scarce resources!!!

Started to get fraudulent ads in my Ads Center on Facebook after installing this. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service. The app is not working and they do not want to fix it. Also, they do not want to refund the full amount for the lifetime subscription.

Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant l'application Easy Ads sur Shopify. À mon avis, c'est une arnaque complète. Les avis positifs que vous pouvez lire semblent complètement faux et trompeurs.
Le support client est particulièrement incompétent. Au lieu de fournir une assistance utile et adaptée, ils m'ont simplement conseillé de cibler le marché anglophone avec mes publicités, alors que mon site est exclusivement francophone. Cela montre une incompréhension totale de leur part des besoins spécifiques de leurs utilisateurs.
En termes de résultats, l'expérience a été désastreuse. J'ai dépensé 350 euros pour des campagnes publicitaires via cette application et n'ai généré que 4 commandes. Le retour sur investissement est inexistant et cette dépense n'a fait que creuser un trou dans mon budget marketing.
En résumé, je déconseille vivement l'utilisation de Easy Ads sur Shopify. L'application ne tient pas ses promesses et le support client est loin d'être à la hauteur. Économisez votre temps et votre argent, et cherchez des alternatives plus fiables pour vos campagnes publicitaires en ligne.
