I installed the app then the problems started !!! they add some things that get in the way and now they have blocked me. AND GIVE YOU MONEY?????

Kindly note that for all of your Shopify apps, billing is 100% handled by Shopify; we don't have access to your billing information or the ability to charge you. If you have a charge all you have to do is reach out to us or to Shopify and we we'll gladly refund it.

Installed on Jan 2, spent several hundred USDs, got practically nothing, unistalled on Jan 12, and today received bill of 27.95 USD.
I know I passed the 7 days free trial. So, that is it.

As you mentioned, our free trial period lasts for 7 days, after which Shopify begins charging for the app usage. It's possible that the billing cycle for Easy Ads overlapped with your decision to uninstall it on January 12th, resulting in the subsequent charge of $27.95 USD.

2 wrong Chargers to my account as well as an unfulfilled promise from staff regarding my trial period extension which is resulting in major setbacks for my store, lack of email response.

Please note that you are charged for your third-party apps by Shopify, which is why the app's charge is under a Shopify invoice, not an Easy Ads invoice.
We have no access whatsoever to your billing information or the ability to charge you.
Regarding the trial, again, kindly check your email inbox as a reply was already sent to you explaining this.

Currently owing 29 dollars for an app I didn't use. I installed it and it didn't work so I uninstalled it after 5 minutes and now it's charging me 29 dollars for nothing. This is crap. I want to be reimbursed for my money.

For all of the third-party apps that you install via Shopify, please keep in mind that the developer does not have any access to your payment method; we don't see your billing information or control when you are charged.
This is why the app's fee is under a bill with Shopify, not us.

facebook blocked my account because of this app

Kindly note that Easy Ads is a Badged Meta Ad Technology Partner, meaning; we use the same API as the Ads Manager.
It is technically impossible for your account to get blocked using our app, or any app that is a Meta partner.
Moreover, ad account get disabled because they violate Meta's policies, or because they're recently created and haven't been identity confirmed yet.
We recommend reaching out to us for more details on how to recover your account and the next steps to take.
