Updating my review after outstounding follow up and customer service from Ouissal.
They have got me all set up with my 1st ad running. Process much smoother than the first. ………………………….
Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. 48 hours wasted whiles ads were in
“Review” I finally reach out via chat. After told different issues. Like my ads and copy were not good enough!? excuse me? Thought that is what the service is for. Then said the issue was the audience I chose….. then finally they say it’s a meta issue!? So another hour wasted on chat!! Don’t waste your time like I did. Go try Outfy. They are free ads and already getting traffic. Was very excited to see what this service could add to that but too bad.
They provide good support

Worst app. refused free trial.. paid and got this ill treatment.. please dont fall into trap. especially with this Ouissal.

Expected better results but after contacting the team I got some clarity as to what to do better and they also offer free website audit. I got a refund.
Nice and easy platform but we need at least two ad set at same time
It is a good app. However, to grow your business with this app, you will need to research who you want to target. Also, more instructional videos on how to use the app should be created.

Research in the form of a product market fit analysis is required to determine which products to have in your store and which markets to target. This should be done before even creating your Shopify store. We do not recommend investing in ads before doing this.

They have amazing support executives. Very helpful.
For ads, they have created an amazing AI funnel, which is a boon for a non-digital marketer like me. It works and I got excellent impressions and CTRs.
I am still in the trial phase and waiting to get my CTRs turned into sales but I know after their exclusive feedback facility things might turn good.
Wait for the Part 2 review :)
