this app is great their customer support are best he guids us for small help thank you marie you are great
i install still app for 1 day and decided not to use it so i deleted it, they say free for 7 days but when i got my monthly bill i say a charge from "easy ads".

Kindly note that Shopify handles billing for all third party developers like us, we do not have any access whatsoever to your billing information or the ability to charge you. App developers can only approve a refund from their partner portal or issue app credits.
With that being said, we couldn't find any message or email received from you inquiring about this or requesting a refund. Kindly reply to the email that was sent to the email address associated with your account so that we can resolve this for you.

It is a good app. However, to grow your business with this app, you will need to research who you want to target. Also, more instructional videos on how to use the app should be created.

Research in the form of a product market fit analysis is required to determine which products to have in your store and which markets to target. This should be done before even creating your Shopify store. We do not recommend investing in ads before doing this.

Vi har ingen som helst tillgång till din faktureringsinformation eller möjlighet att debitera dig.
Vi svarade också på ditt e-postmeddelande samma dag, den 11 september 2023, exakt 4 timmar efter, och begärde att du skulle dela en skärmdump av fakturan. Du svarade inte på vårt e-postmeddelande.

A garbage App !! they are telling you there's a free trial but actually there's no free trial Shopify will charge you once you click subscribe, how would I know that your app is worth paying or not without a free trial and clearness

After checking your install history, it looks like you never accepted the charge. Consecutively, no charge should have been added to your invoice.
We have reached out to Shopify Partner support to report this issue, as billing for third party apps is handled by Shopify.
Please rest assured that this issue will be resolved as it seems to be a bug in the Shopify billing system. We also attempted to reach out to you many times on the live chat on your website and via email without luck. Kindly reply to our email so we can work together and getting resolved as soon as possible with Shopify.

Easy to make ads and integrate with your products. However, I got zero conversions in one month. I would get at least 2-3 per week with my own ads. Their audit told me to narrow my audience. So I did, and then my ads weren't shown for an entire week. The app doesn't even notify you. I asked why and they told me I needed to broaden my audience. The audit didn't mention my ad copy, then they told me "of course" the ad copy would be mistaken for spam. Not helpful and the tone they use is not friendly. Not recommended.

La captura de pantalla que te enviamos por correo electrónico muestra tu historial de instalación. Instalaste la app el 9 de mayo y la desinstalaste el 19 de mayo, es decir, 10 días después. Nuestra prueba gratuita dura 7 días, así que es normal que te cobren después de que termine el periodo de prueba gratuito y aún tengas la app activada. También hemos confirmado que este es el caso con el soporte de Shopify Partner.
También nos hemos dado cuenta de que nunca te pusiste en contacto con nosotros a través de soporte para pedir ayuda o comentarios sobre tu tienda antes de publicar anuncios.
Hemos aprobado un reembolso completo para usted, por favor espere algún tiempo para que Shopify procese este reembolso. Para futuras referencias, si alguna vez tienes un problema con una aplicación de terceros, debes comunicárselo al desarrollador.

I didn't really have success with this app. It's a nice idea and maybe I didn't setup everything 100% correct. My funnels kept deactivating randomly and I would have to go in and switch them back on. Also some of the funnels didn't even get any impressions. Cost per click is MUCH higher than when I run campaigns myself. When reaching out to support it was always awhile before I get a response. With a charge as high as it is monthly you would think they would offer live support everyday but nope. If its a weekend or holiday you're out of luck.

Kindly note that the plan you signed up for has one funnel (campaign) with multiple funnel stages (ad sets), the funnel uses ABO, which means the budget is optimized by Meta; it decides which ad set it spends the budget on. It is normal for some ad sets to not spend initially as that is the purpose of ABO; better usage of your budget.
The CPC (Cost per click) is higher because the campaign optimizes for conversions, not traffic. Also, please note that the audience you choose to target plays a part in your CPC, so if you target a highly competitive market such as the US (Which is the target location you set), you will, of course, get a higher CPC since you are bidding against tens of thousands of other advertisers with higher budgets, targeting the same audience.
Our support team operates on a 9-5 Mon-Friday schedule, we do not offer 24/7 support at the moment. This is also mentioned in our pricing plans.
Please note that it is not a courtesy to include live chat support in all pricing plans, it is reserved for the highest plans starting at $99. However,f for Easy Ads, live chat support is available for all plans starting from $27.96.
