I am rarely disappointed with an app. But when my average CAC is $5-13 at most and this app after $300 can only get 3 sales? Pathetic. The set-up was a red flag, it's dated and ignores Metas newest tech. With that said, it ate up my budget without issue. I feel entitled to a refund on my budget, and this app should exit the app store.

2. Meta’s newest technology
Easy Ads fully integrates with Meta’s latest conversion APIs and campaign objectives. However, performance can still vary based on the data available in your catalog, your target audience, and product pricing.
3. Campaign performance and ad spend
You mentioned that you spent around $300 and got 3 sales. While we understand how disappointing that feels, please note that the campaign only ran for 3 days — which isn’t enough time for Meta to gather sufficient data and optimize performance. Meta’s learning phase usually requires at least 7 days or 50 conversions before stabilizing results.
Also, we don’t recommend starting with a very high daily budget when your campaign is still in the learning phase. It’s best to start smaller, allow Meta to learn and optimize, then scale gradually once performance improves.
4. Refund request
Regarding your refund concern, Easy Ads doesn’t have access to or control over your ad spend — all charges go directly through Meta Ads.

The product and service are terrible. Since registering and during the 10-day trial period, I haven't been able to launch any advertising campaigns. They blame the meta tags, saying they're buggy, even though I can still run ads normally in the Ads Manager. They say they'll fix the bug in a few days or weeks. If that's the case, your business growth will be hampered. I strongly advise against using this app.

We’d like to clarify that campaigns run through Easy Ads are powered by AI, which means they need to be properly configured in your Ads Manager to work correctly.
If the setup isn’t complete, the campaigns cannot launch as intended, even if Ads Manager allows ads to run.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Misleading – Charged Me Twice During Free Trial
This is the second time I've had a terrible experience with the Easy Ads app, and I feel compelled to warn other Shopify store owners.
The app promises a 10-day free trial, but that's highly misleading. I uninstalled the app well before the trial ended, thinking I would not be charged. Despite this, I was billed ₹2,590.13 — again, just like the first time I tried this app months ago and faced the same issue.
There was no clear warning that billing starts immediately upon installation or continues even after uninstallation during the trial period. That defeats the entire purpose of a “free trial.” This feels like a trap to bill users regardless of their intent to continue using the app.
When I reached out for help previously, I got no meaningful support or refund. This time, I am escalating the issue to Shopify directly.
Avoid this app at all costs unless you want unexpected charges and zero accountability. Shopify needs to seriously review whether this app complies with fair billing standards.

The app didn't work at all. Would not sync products and had 18 error messages which I was told to wait 24hrs for them to clear as this was common issue. The errors didn't clear after 72hrs so I promptly deleted the app. I was offered a further 10 days free trial which I refused BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME! even after I deleted the app well in advance of the free trial ending. I expect a full refund please.. I'll wait, and update this review if they charge me yet again.

Regarding the payment issue, please note that for ALL Shopify apps, you are charged by Shopify, not the app developer.
We have no access to your billing information whatsoever or the ability to charge you.
If you get charged by mistake for any Shopify app, all you have to do is to either contact the app developer or Shopify to get refund.
