How can I deactivate my subscription
i set up the app and uninstal in exactly same day. and they dont want to credit apps me. that support is a dumbass people. No Recommend.

In fact, Easy Ads is the type of app that does not have any access whatsoever to make changes to your storefront.

Worst app ever.No help at all
Uninstalled during trial but charges are not removed currently

Kindly note that Shopify handles billing for all Shopify apps, including Easy Ads for Facebook Ads. We do not have any access whatsoever to your payment information or the ability to charge you.
We can, however, issue a charge reversal or a refund depending on your case and your eligibility with our refunds and charge reversals policy.
Also, please note that we tried to contact you multiple times via your email address without any luck. Kindly reply to our last email requesting a screenshot of your bill so we can proceed with a charge reversal.
