AI ‑ Easy Ads for Facebook Ads

I decided to try Easy Ads on my store during the trial period and made sure to cancel my subscription before the trial ended. However, to my surprise, I received a bill today that included a charge of $29. Upon checking the app records, I noticed that my subscription was still marked as active for another 15 days, yet the app was prompting me to start a free trial again, which was quite confusing.

I reached out to customer service to address the issue, and I must say, their support was excellent. They quickly investigated the matter, and I was relieved to see that the deducted amount was refunded back to my Shopify account. With such a smooth resolution and great customer service, I now feel confident in giving Easy Ads another try and restarting my journey with the platform.

I've used this app on two different stores. My first store did 12k in sales, and this new store I'm working on has just started. I struggled on the previous store and wasn't sure what i was doing but never thought to contact support. Spoke to Milenni from support this time around and she was super supportive. Gave me some suggestions i never thought of and I'm excited to see the improvements!

I've had to contact their support a few times to get everything setup the way I wanted and get the license applied. Overall, support has been very helpful, even with the time difference. I'm able to leave a message after hours when needed. I appreciate the ease of use and I've already experienced positive results (sales!). I can't wait to see how this will help over time. I highly recommend getting the plan for up to 10 funnels.

Got helped by Ouissal to setup the ads campain. was really easy to do. i set it up for most part myself without knowledge. just by watching the easy instruction video's afterwards Ouissal helped me to check if it was setup correctly. there where a few things i had to change in my meta bussines manager. was easy to do and everything works. now lets see what the results are in a few weeks.
