Reply: Your insistence on this false narrative is super unprofessional and unethical. I had two calls with your team, both of which were unrelated to the 'screenshot' requested; one was because of the false results, and your team validated what I said and told me it attributes results from my other campaigns to itself. The second call was to apply the 50% discount which you offered as an apology because your app stopped delivering altogether after the trial ended, and you had me reset the campaign. It stopped delivering again after the second trial, and your team has failed to solve the issue for 10 days and, then you yourself told me I can delete it if I'm unsatisfied instead of actually solving the problem. I sent you all the screenshots you requested, and you still refused to help, and even tried blaming it on currency limit in Egypt even though my payment method is a UK card, and the screenshots showed that the error is completely unrelated to payment. If you stand by your service and support, that just shows how unprofessional, incompetent, and unethical your standards are. I have proof of everything, in case you decide to, rudely and unprofessionally, claim that my review has 'false information' again.

Update: they said they will issue the refund. However, it does NOT work beyond the trial, and they are super unprofessional. The process and conversation were incredibly stressful and mentally draining.

They are scammers. The application shows false data during the trial period, then it stops delivering. I have reached out to the CS multiple times, they did not help, kept stalling, were super unprofessional, then accused me of 'harassing them' because I kept following up. I paid for absolutely nothing, the application wasn't even working, and they refused to refund the paid period which had the error from their side. This is a scam. Super rude and unprofessional. AVOID.
