Hello! You should know that you are the only ones in the marketplace offering this product for generating PDFs from our Shopify data. For my market and sales method, this has been essential since I started 10 years ago, and even more so for sales via chat.

Now I've had problems with customer service, as the catalogues keep loading and don't finish generating, and when I want to duplicate them to preserve the design I've already made, it doesn't work.

Please give us a clearer support channel with tickets. Keep working hard because we need you, and you still have the opportunity to earn good money with your development.
