The app potential is huge. Using catalogues in our business has been a game changer. It has significantly increased revenue and using this app and connecting it to the store is great.

We have paid for the annual subscription at $179.99 for the year expecting a catalogue app that isbn't bugging and actually saves the work... unfortunately thats not the case.
If you want to do work that disappears when you come off the app..... then this is for you!

Support response is slow or non existent. i'm not talking a few days slow. i'm talking I have emailed 3 times since their last communication on 24th February 2026 and still waiting for a response to any of them on 25th March 2026.

The app has a lot of potential but currently its disappointing and doesn't do whats advertised at all.

Misleading pricing and a frustrating experience. The App Store listing says the Free Plan includes unlimited products, collections, and pages, but that is not true. Even the Basic Plan has a 10-page limit, which is not clearly stated either.
I first tried building a catalog with the new Editor Version 10, but it had so many bugs and missing features that I had to start over in the old editor.
There, updating products is very inefficient because pages need to be rebuilt and metafields have to be reloaded manually every time you add/update products.
On top of that, PDF exports are not reliable. Elements sometimes appear differently than in the editor. Overall, not transparent and not ready for serious use.

The app has great potential. It seems it deleted our catalog out of nowhere, luckily they were able to retrieve it. But the customer service can be very slow and unclear so its becoming unworkable for us. We are now looking at alternatives, too bad..

This app has been an absolute game changer for our business. It delivers exactly what we needed and more. The customer service is truly exceptional. The developer is incredibly responsive, and any issues are resolved almost immediately.
EasyCatalog is also unbelievably easy to use. Anyone can create a professional, high quality catalogue in no time, even without prior design experience. It has streamlined our workflow and made catalogue creation effortless.

I am a small business, and sadly this app is not the best for small businesses. Because the watermark on the free version takes too much space (right in the middle of every page, and it's large), making the catalog impossible to present to any client. And the description doesn't warn you about it, you only see it when you download your final catalog, after spending a long time designing it...

This being said, it does the job quickly. You will need a bit of time to get how it works but it isn't long hours either. Also, it won't provide the most sexy catalog around, but it does the job. And even if I can't present the free version to potential clients, I used the app to check that everything was well organised in their categories, with the planned prices and so on: Shopify does that in theory, but you need to click on each product to read the details, while with this app you just need a few clicks to check the key information in just one glance. Not the main job of a catalog, sure, still very useful.

I also thank the team for this application, who got in touch with me very fast to solve several issues. I'm running my business on my own so I can't answer as fast as they would need, but they're fast and efficient: thanks to them for that.

We subscribed to the highest tier ($359.99/year), expecting better functionality and priority support as advertised. Unfortunately, this app has been a complete disappointment.

Support is non-existent: Despite paying for "priority support," our requests were ignored or delayed for days. Even after escalating the issue, we received no meaningful help.
Buggy and unreliable: The app is riddled with issues. Syncing doesn’t work properly, and customizing pages doesn’t create usable templates. It’s not intuitive and far from user-friendly.
False advertising: The features promoted in the App Store do not reflect the actual experience. It feels like a marketing gimmick designed to upsell a broken product.
Refund ignored: We formally requested a refund after months of problems and were met with silence.

This app is nowhere near worth the price. Save your money and look elsewhere.
