Unfortunately this app was not as user friendly as I would've hoped.
I originally paid $179 for a year's subscription, but after realizing it wasn't going to work out, I reached out to the company and was told they'd refund me. They did not. Months later I got an email saying the app had been updated, so I gave it another chance, but the app was still underwhelming and unusable. I contacted the company again and after much back and forth, FINALLY got a refund for the $30. It was only after leaving this review that they acknowledged their error and refunded the additional $150 in hopes that I would change my review.
To be clear, I subscribed to the app based on what the previews showed and to get full access to all features. That's why I spent the money - but then was entirely disappointed.
I don't write reviews for no reason.
Edited to add: I originally gave them an additional star because they did eventually refund my money. But I have since deducted it because they continue to email me trying to get me to change my review and I also keep getting emails every time they edit their response (which is often).

To clarify the situation, our refund policy is publicly available and explains how refunds for annual subscriptions are calculated. Annual plans are offered at a significant discount compared with monthly billing, and when an account has been actively used for an extended period, the time used is calculated at the standard monthly rate when processing a refund.
In this case, there was clearly a delay and miscommunication on our side regarding the refund process, and we acknowledge that this should have been handled better. Once the issue was fully reviewed, the remaining refund amount was processed.
EasyCatalog is trusted by more than 10,000 merchants, and we continuously work to improve the application based on customer feedback. We understand, however, that every business has different requirements and that our app may not be the right fit for every workflow.
We also offer a free plan so merchants can explore and test the application before committing to a paid subscription.
We apologize for the frustration caused by the refund process and appreciate the feedback, even though we're sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations.
They have been great to work with! Open to suggestions and have adjusted settings and created options that better suite my catalog. The app is easy to work with if you are looking to import products and data from Shopify.
The app works as intended, and if you encounter any issues or need a feature update, the team is incredibly responsive and quick to implement improvements. Their support and commitment to continuously enhancing the app have made for a great overall experience.
