Easy Country Redirector

I love everything about this app! Very easy setup, easy to use platform, and does exactly what it advertises. I have used it both as a re-direct and as a pop-up and it works perfectly in both cases.

The best is how responsive their support team is. I have had to reach out to their customer service twice and both times got responses within a couple of hours. One of my requests was to change some text to a different language - they apologized and said it couldn't be done. However, next morning I wake up to an email saying that they had updated the whole app and now I could change the text as I wished. I couldn't believe it! It is clear that they're always trying to improve and very customer-centric.

And you can't beat the price! Keep up the good work.

The app does work but the setup process can be a little time consuming. Each country must be added one at a time rather than by checkboxes. It also took many iterations to get the look of the popup right. Their support department was responsive to all request. Note: You can use a VPN app like Tunnelbear to test hitting your website from other countries to confirm the redirector is working as intended.

Good working app, easy to install and also easy to set up. Customer support is also good and quick. We also asked if there is a possibility to get any discount if we install the app on multiple stores and we received it.

The only negative thing is, that it is not possible to display different message to different country visitors in their local language. So you can set up only one message for all customers.

But after three months of use, we can say that we are very satisfied.
