Easy to use, works without glitches. If you ever do need customer service, it is quick and wonderful. I highly recommend this app for easy of use, quality, and amazing customer service.
Love this app. Does exactly what we need to sell digital products. Easy to set up. We've never had a problem or received a customer complaint in the year that we've been using it. I've had to contact support once or twice to clarify settings, and they were always quick and helpful.

It is easy and simple to use. So far, I've been using the free version, but right now, I'm still not selling, but only for free downloads. As soon as sales start coming in, I will 100% upgrade the plan. The founder, Alex, is very approachable. Thank you for solving my issue, Alex! I recommend this app to anyone dealing with digital products.

I'm very grateful to have found this App! It's so easy to use and helped me move beyond Etsy to open my own Digital Download shop in such a smooth way. I love being able to PDF Stamp my digital content. Etsy never let me do that. Thanks so much to the team! Axel has always been there to assist me with any questions I had. If you need a digital download delivery, this is the one to choose.

Succinctly: highly recommended app and service.
It's absolutely amazing that people like Axel will offer such a high quality product for free to Shopify store owners who are just starting-out. EDP is so incredibly easy to set-up, even if you're completely new to the game. Axel personally and patiently answers queries (and even helped out with advice on an issue that was completely unrelated to the app.) If this is the kind of service he offers out the gate, we'll be sticking with EDP, for sure.
