I took the Pro Plan from the beginning because it has all the storage and tools I need to get the job done. Easy to use, download attempt limits, quick response and efficiency when you have questions, and better user experience. I have a 6th sense for finding what's working for me and my business, so I didn't go wrong this time either! The details matter and make all the difference! Succinctly: highly recommended app and service.
It's absolutely amazing that people like Axel will offer such a high quality product for free to Shopify store owners who are just starting-out. EDP is so incredibly easy to set-up, even if you're completely new to the game. Axel personally and patiently answers queries (and even helped out with advice on an issue that was completely unrelated to the app.) If this is the kind of service he offers out the gate, we'll be sticking with EDP, for sure.

Easy to use, works without glitches. If you ever do need customer service, it is quick and wonderful. I highly recommend this app for easy of use, quality, and amazing customer service.

I'm very grateful to have found this App! It's so easy to use and helped me move beyond Etsy to open my own Digital Download shop in such a smooth way. I love being able to PDF Stamp my digital content. Etsy never let me do that. Thanks so much to the team! Axel has always been there to assist me with any questions I had. the app is great but documentation should be improved as i didn't know that i have to add a block in the theme to show the download button in the order confirmation page
Thank you for your review! I totally agree with your feedback and will be including a dedicated section for this in the next app update. The information is currently unclear because the feature was recently made available to all Shopify users, after being exclusive to the Shopify Plus plan.
