EDP ‑ Easy Digital Products

This app is so easy to use! I sell teacher resources, all digital, on Shopify using this app. Axel is also super responsive to any questions I have and is always helping me out!

I'm in total agreement with everyone else in the reviews. It's pretty rare to find any plugin, app, or service that actually consistently works! But Axel is clearly super-attentive to making sure everything is running smoothly. I've had two instances where I needed a little guidance from and Axel was super responsive and helpful in both instances. No kidding, I actually sleep better and night knowing I'm not going to wake up to some buggy issues a customer has run into (used it happen all the time with other download solutions!)

Works smoothly, easy to use and well-priced. Has download links/buttons in all the right places for great UX. This app was usable for me pretty much out-of-the-box. The default settings are solid; I think I've only adjusted one or two settings for my needs.

So far I've found basically every feature that I needed somewhere in the app and its settings. There's one feature that I needed that is still being developed. I reached out to the developer, Axel, and he worked with me on a custom solution that works perfectly for my store. He saved me from having to add more apps/third party services to our tech stack. Probably saved me additional costs for those additional services too. And the solution that he helped me with has a better UX too.

It's a functional and efficient app. It lacks a couple of notable features (like a user-facing library), but the support is top-notch and the developer has implemented simple technically feasible features or changes on our request.

Great app so far, up and running very quickly. I had one minor issue, that wasn't really an app issue, just a me issue and I reached out to support for help. They were super fast to reply, like super fast and extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this!
