It is easy and simple to use. So far, I've been using the free version, but right now, I'm still not selling, but only for free downloads. As soon as sales start coming in, I will 100% upgrade the plan. The founder, Alex, is very approachable. Thank you for solving my issue, Alex! I recommend this app to anyone dealing with digital products.

Succinctly: highly recommended app and service.
It's absolutely amazing that people like Axel will offer such a high quality product for free to Shopify store owners who are just starting-out. EDP is so incredibly easy to set-up, even if you're completely new to the game. Axel personally and patiently answers queries (and even helped out with advice on an issue that was completely unrelated to the app.) If this is the kind of service he offers out the gate, we'll be sticking with EDP, for sure.

Easy to use, works without glitches. If you ever do need customer service, it is quick and wonderful. I highly recommend this app for easy of use, quality, and amazing customer service.

I'm very grateful to have found this App! It's so easy to use and helped me move beyond Etsy to open my own Digital Download shop in such a smooth way. I love being able to PDF Stamp my digital content. Etsy never let me do that. Thanks so much to the team! Axel has always been there to assist me with any questions I had. We really wish we'd downloaded this app a lot sooner. We were stuck with Shopify's terrible digital downloads app for eight months, facing non-stop issues and constantly having to apologize to our customers over email about their files.
