App works as intended and support was very helpful in making customizations so the box matched our store.
Excellent support.
When ever needed they supported on time and made customs changes as needed.
Highly recommended app
This app does not even deserve one star! It is not user friendly for donor calculations etc and there is NO customer support!!! We reached out several times and to date no response!! Don't buy it not worth the aggrivation especially when you have to pay for it!
We're using this app to enable customers to donate to our non-profit organisation via our online store. We had a few issues with the donation's appearance (on desktop and mobile) and logistics in the backend, but the developers of this app continuously fixed each issue and made sure it worked perfectly for us. They were easily accessible and prompt with their fixes. They definitely went over and above to assist us.
Their customer service answers fast but on the other hand, I was facing a lot of issues with this app. I have paid my monthly subscription and the app has never worked properly. It made me more issues and bugs than something plus. When I told them to remove all code from my theme they left not even some lines of code but also a full snippet or template. It could be a great app but it seems to me they need better developers somewhere in their Dev office.
Easy to connect and the support team is very fast answering. I highly recommend it if you have any charity or donation project

very good customer service. usually responds within 3-4 hours with easy instructions and all the questions and problems gets answered.
While I am still in the trial phase of this app, so far it's been really great. The support has been excellent and the app functions just as it should. What more could you want from an app?

A very nicely designed app! Easy to use and functions properly. This can be integrated at homepage, product page or cart page with the help of support team who replies in a minute. Has plenty of options and specific image & messaging feature. Must try!
