This app is great and the customer service is helpful. However, is not easy to customize the look of the section in CSS and the app doesn't provide many options.

This is a great app for nonprofits and support was fantastic! Easy for the organization to integrate and easy for donors!

The customer service is excellent. I wanted my donation to only show on my cart page and they were able to custom code in my store's backend to remove it from my product page. Would recommend.

The customer support has been very quick to respond and go above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we needed it for our store. It does everything it says it will do!

This app does not even deserve one star! It is not user friendly for donor calculations etc and there is NO customer support!!! We reached out several times and to date no response!! Don't buy it not worth the aggrivation especially when you have to pay for it!

Very swift customer service. I had a formatting issue with how the donation function looked on the mobile layout. Within minutes of my email the support team responded and, not only provided advice, but also went into the back-end of my store and made the required formatting changes while I was working on other things! It was all sorted and I was barely involved. Great stuff.

I love the support given by Easy Donation. They assisted me from start to finish publishing donation feature in my store. Although I wish Easy Donation has more complex donation features in it, but I can work around my method and get it to launch with the help of support person.

Amazing app!! Had to research everywhere and read many blogs, and fortunately ended up finding out that most sources recommend Easy Donation and I'm glad I installed it. Has plenty of options and configurations that fulfill my needs, and where there was something too specific (I was sure that can be done) I reached out to their support and they quickly edited my theme's code to perfectly reflect my request as I needed. We needed an application which allowed visitors to make a donation that would support our organization (rather than some nationally registered charity). This is one of the few that does that. It was reasonably easy to set up and use. Support was prompt and addressed our concerns.

We recently downloaded this app as a means to offer a "Donations" option on a specific product page. The app is easy to navigate and install within the website. Additionally, the support team has been very helpful and quick in modifying a couple customized features that we requested initially. From a business perspective, this app has everything that we were looking for and is the perfect app for businesses hoping to give back towards a specific cause.

This app was the best option out of about three or four I had. Great start but would be nice if they had phone support to help with lag time in between responses.

I use it to handle my donation collection. so far it fits my need. tech support is responsive as well

I needed an app that would allow my customers to make a donation to our cause on our ecommerce site. We offer a buy one give one model but also, now offer the option to make a direct donation as well. The customer support team was very helpful and responsive to our needs when setting things up.

We run a courier service business and we needed to have an option to tip our couriers. Easy Donation and the team were great in responding to my requests and customizing the look to fit our page. Highly recommend this app!

Not performing well, my theme is slow now and server isn't available.
I pretty sure that this app is not working if you have a lot of traffic.
A weird orange circle appear in the carte page. This app is not for mobile devices too.

Simply put app doesn’t work. I will have to find one that does. Don’t have time to email support and go back and forth on an issue.

This app is great! A lot of the other donation apps out there don't include our currency (AED) and don't let you choose your own charity. Easy Donation is perfect for our needs and support has been great. Very easy to integrate and people were responding immediately which is perfect! Thanks team Easy Donation :)
