This app is great if you need to import new orders into shopify. Customers will receive an email to say that they have made an order. It will also automatically alter your stock levels when the orders are imported. Doesn't import orders as historical data. It also doesn't handle non alpha numeric characters when importing and gets stuck, so try to remove any before importing. Large imports need to be split into smaller files.
Support is helpful and answers quickly.
