Great app that integrates smoothly with Shopify. The app has a wide range of options and adjustment possibilities.
The support and customer service is excellent – fast, competent and friendly. This would deserve an extra sixth star.

We have worked with Softify and they have been amazing in accommodating some extra requirements for invoices/credit notes to bring in additional information that is custom into invoices. The support team have been great and prompt with responses and solutions
Their support has been first class. Prompt, clear dialogue which is all condusive to us keeping using it and finding new uses.
Would be great if we could separate out a proforma invoice from a draft order.
Haven't used it yet that much, since our website is not online yet. But the support is amazing! The follow-up is insane. Highly recommend them for that.

Softify syncs very well with Shopify, updating refunds and any order amendments. Would highly recommend it as an easy to set up tool.
