The app works well and the support is very quick. They helped us create a custom field for an invoice which was a huge help. Definitely recommend!!

We have worked with Softify and they have been amazing in accommodating some extra requirements for invoices/credit notes to bring in additional information that is custom into invoices. The support team have been great and prompt with responses and solutions

Softify syncs very well with Shopify, updating refunds and any order amendments. Would highly recommend it as an easy to set up tool.
