We already use this app on another shop and are so satisfied we decided to add it to our second store! Their customer support helped us with the set up because we needed to really personalize their template. They are quick to reply and always do their best to help. Highly recommended!
Easy setup and GREAT support from the Softify team when it came to small template amendments.
Softify syncs very well with Shopify, updating refunds and any order amendments. Would highly recommend it as an easy to set up tool.
Je suis vraiment décus pa cette application. D'abord, impossible de modifier les numéros des factures chaque année, ensuite, impossible de mettre une TAX pour faire une vente B2B et B2C sur la même application. Application uniquement adaptée au Canada :-(

Haven't used it yet that much, since our website is not online yet. But the support is amazing! The follow-up is insane. Highly recommend them for that.

I've tried a couple of Invoicing plugins, and this is by far the best! It's nice that the order notes/additional details can be added to the PDF invoices which automatically send as an attachment via email. Support can help customize it, and they're very responsive! Would highly recommend this app.
This app is easy to use with all the options you need and one of the best customer service I've seen.
The templates weren't working for us and I was not sure if they would be able to add the information I needed. I just contacted them and Anthony was so quick to answer. He did his best to help and now everything is working. We already plan to install the app on another shop!
we recently switched to Softify from another invoicing software because we were not getting the customer support we needed. So far, Softify customer support has been great, they work quickly and are solution oriented. Our invoices are running smoothly, and works great with our shopify.
Just starting using Softify and it is excellent - gives incredible functionality for sending invoices and combined with Shopify's new setting for Net payment on orders, makes B2B much simpler. Support is also super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
