Their support has been first class. Prompt, clear dialogue which is all condusive to us keeping using it and finding new uses.
Would be great if we could separate out a proforma invoice from a draft order.
We have worked with Softify and they have been amazing in accommodating some extra requirements for invoices/credit notes to bring in additional information that is custom into invoices. The support team have been great and prompt with responses and solutions
Just starting using Softify and it is excellent - gives incredible functionality for sending invoices and combined with Shopify's new setting for Net payment on orders, makes B2B much simpler. Support is also super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
Anthony and his team are super efficient and responsive. They added necessary lines for invoicing in France. They always responded within the day and found solutions to each of the problems encountered!

Je suis vraiment décus pa cette application. D'abord, impossible de modifier les numéros des factures chaque année, ensuite, impossible de mettre une TAX pour faire une vente B2B et B2C sur la même application. Application uniquement adaptée au Canada :-(
