This app not only does everything it advertises, but it's customer support is phenomenal. There was a specific feature I was looking for that wasn't part of the app already, so I submitted a ticket regarding it. I received a response from Paul the same day, and they also offered to implement the feature free of charge. Very satisfied.

A user friendly app that has everything necessary and is not overly complicated. The support is great too.

Great app if you need professional invoices and packing slips. The customer service and help to set up the templates is extraordinary and responds very fast.

Man the developer team of this app is AWESOME! I contracted Paul to custom create our invoice for us. To be clear the invoice that we need was informative and tough to make with all sorts of coding required at the backend. Paul did it superbly. I can't thank him and his team enough for their efforts. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this app and their services to merchants that require extensive customizations/modifications or even simple invoices :) This dev team is the best :)

Outstanding costumer service!!! The app didn't do exactly what we needed at first, but when the new update came around it did everything and more. The app is great. We highly recommend it if you use packing slips and do wholesale orders. The templates make everything way clearer than the regular Shopify invoices.
