He estado usando EasySell durante más de un año en varias de mis tiendas en Shopify y la experiencia ha sido excelente. La aplicación funciona de manera muy estable y ha mejorado bastante la gestión de mis pedidos y conversiones.
Algo que realmente destaco es la atención al cliente: siempre es rápida, eficiente y muy amable. Cada vez que he tenido una duda o necesidad de soporte, me han respondido en poco tiempo y con soluciones claras.
En general, es una herramienta que recomiendo totalmente si estás buscando optimizar tu tienda en Shopify. Ha sido una pieza clave en el crecimiento de mis proyectos.
Me toco desactivarla , de un momento a otro disminuyo la conversión, instale otro formulario y las ventas se estabilizaron de nuevo. 3 estrellas poque antes funciono muy bien
Been using EasySell for a while now and I have to say — both the app and the support team are top notch. Had a billing question and the support guy went above and beyond to help me figure out the best plan for my situation. Didn't just answer my question — actually took the time to walk me through a smarter solution I wouldn't have found on my own. That kind of support is rare. The app itself works great for COD orders and I wouldn't run my store without it. Highly recommend!

The app's support team is completely unhelpful, and their answers are irrelevant to my questions. Despite being active in the chat, they only send a message every 30 minutes after seeing my questions. You could suffer significant losses with high trading volumes.

I recommend adding an option for upsells and crosssells where you can add multiple products to a single box that you can check. It helps a lot for products where you also offer something for free or even with a lower payment, knowing that the customer receives 2 extra things instead of one, which gives the product itself more value.
