Been using EasySell for a while now and I have to say — both the app and the support team are top notch. Had a billing question and the support guy went above and beyond to help me figure out the best plan for my situation. Didn't just answer my question — actually took the time to walk me through a smarter solution I wouldn't have found on my own. That kind of support is rare. The app itself works great for COD orders and I wouldn't run my store without it. Highly recommend!

The app's support team is completely unhelpful, and their answers are irrelevant to my questions. Despite being active in the chat, they only send a message every 30 minutes after seeing my questions. You could suffer significant losses with high trading volumes.

I recommend adding an option for upsells and crosssells where you can add multiple products to a single box that you can check. It helps a lot for products where you also offer something for free or even with a lower payment, knowing that the customer receives 2 extra things instead of one, which gives the product itself more value.

We’ve also added EasySell Bundles, which let you combine multiple products into a single pack and offer a special discount on it. It’s a great way to boost your average order value and give customers an even better deal.

Una de las cosas que más me gustó es la interfaz. Comparada con otras aplicaciones, el diseño es mucho más moderno, los formularios son más claros y la tipografía y los colores hacen que todo se vea mucho más profesional.
