Great app and excellent support. I had an issue with my Colombia COD setup where the province was not syncing correctly with Shopify, causing problems with my fulfillment integration. The support team was very responsive and helped me switch to the correct province list, which fixed the issue immediately.
The app is easy to configure, works great for COD orders, and the customer support is outstanding. Highly recommended!
EasySell COD Form has worked very well for our store. The app allows us to offer partial payments in a clear and simple way, and its settings are quite flexible.
We also had a question about how to hide the partial payment option from certain theme sections while keeping it visible only on the individual product page. The support team responded quickly, provided clear instructions, and the solution worked correctly.

Been using EasySell for a while now and I have to say — both the app and the support team are top notch. Didn't just answer my question — actually took the time to walk me through a smarter solution I wouldn't have found on my own. That kind of support is rare. The app itself works great for COD orders and I wouldn't run my store without it. Highly recommend!
