Been using EasySell for a while now and I have to say — both the app and the support team are top notch. Had a billing question and the support guy went above and beyond to help me figure out the best plan for my situation. Didn't just answer my question — actually took the time to walk me through a smarter solution I wouldn't have found on my own. That kind of support is rare. Very good customer suport, always fixed my issues and was ready to fix them fast
The app's support team is completely unhelpful, and their answers are irrelevant to my questions. Despite being active in the chat, they only send a message every 30 minutes after seeing my questions. You could suffer significant losses with high trading volumes.
