Eazy Customize Product Options

Easy Product Options and Variants has been a really helpful app for my Shopify store because it makes product customization simple and flexible without needing any coding. It allows me to add different types of options like dropdowns, checkboxes, text fields, and custom inputs, which is great for personalized products.

One of the biggest strengths is how easy it is to set up. I can quickly create and assign options to products, and everything shows up clearly on the product page. It also helps go beyond Shopify’s basic variant limits, which is useful when I need more complex product choices.

The app integrates smoothly with my store and works well on both desktop and mobile. Customers can easily understand the options and make selections without confusion, which improves the overall shopping experience and helps reduce abandoned carts.

It’s also reliable and runs without slowing down the store, which is important for keeping everything fast and responsive. For stores that sell customizable products, it’s a very practical and efficient tool that saves a lot of time and effort.

We faced a few UI issues initially. The support team responded promptly and provided a custom CSS fix, which resolved the issue after testing. Overall, great and responsive support, clear explanations, and willingness to help troubleshoot issues. Happy with the experience and would recommend the app.

Tarka, the tech agent was very helpful and respectful. It appears that my issue was caused by code issues that are going to be immediately addressed. Great app if I ever get smart enough to run it. Great job.

Unfortunately, despite your team's friendly attitude and willingness to help, I have not been able to get the assistance I needed. The support provided has been largely ineffective, and I’ve had to repeat and re-explain the same issues multiple times with no clear resolution.

Beyond that, I found the app’s integrations to be extremely limited, which has made it difficult—if not impossible—to use the app in the way I intended. I expected a more reliable and seamless experience, especially given the time investment on my end.

At this point, I am very disappointed with the level of support and the app’s capabilities. I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the experience for future users.

The help chat is very responsive and helpful. Tarka was able to look at my store and suggest a better setup for the variant options. I am very pleased with both the app and with the customer support.

The staff are all very meticulous and patient.
