I've used the service agents twice, the first time upon setting the app up and again whilst using the app. Both times the agents have been very helpful and have done everything the could do to solve the issues. My 2nd issue was unable to be resolved, however I do believe they will probably develop a solution. Even though my issue wasn't resolved, I'm still very happy with the app and how easy it is to use.

Una gran aplicación que me ayudó a la hora de configurar mi tienda. Hay personal de apoyo que te va asesorando y ayudando en todo momento y eso es de agradecer porque hay veces que te puedes perder y liar y ellos en todo momento te asesoran y ayudan. Un 10 la recomiendo sin dudarlo,

At first it was very good but the service is down most of the time lately and when it's down, then the quote option is removed from your website and you lose money. They also can't do basic things like offering a checkbox to subscribe to newsletters while you're getting your quote.

You will only receive around 85% of the quotes to your inbox, the other 15% aren't sent as an email to you for whatever reason so you constantly have to check their web interface.

You can't setup auto-replies per item or anything like.

Customer service is absolutely incredible. And for a free app, it might do what you need it to. It didn't have all of the features I needed (I needed prices for only some items hidden in collections, but they could only hide prices for specific items on pages rather than the collection-browsing view)
