I've used the service agents twice, the first time upon setting the app up and again whilst using the app. Both times the agents have been very helpful and have done everything the could do to solve the issues. My 2nd issue was unable to be resolved, however I do believe they will probably develop a solution. Even though my issue wasn't resolved, I'm still very happy with the app and how easy it is to use.

I had initial problems with getting a reply from the developers. Their first reply to my request must have disappeared into the ether. However, when I chased up they replied straight away and my issue was solved quickly and efficiently. Thanks very much.

In the beginning, the button didn't display, and then the team developer helped to work on it. And now everything goes well. Also, Nona helps me a lot.
However, I still have to say the app still has a lot of room for improvement, and I hope the developer can gradually improve its functions.

Good app, free, and great customer service. My only recommendation would be for them to make it more clear how to customize the forms.
