The app was very close to what we needed for reporting but the numbers were showing slightly off. We messaged support 6 times and waited over 10 days for a response. Our trial was ending and we wanted to see if we could get the reports sorted before we started paying (which we were happy to do for correct reports) - their response was "We have not had time to check, delete the app if you don't want to get charged".

This is a great app. Support is usually quick to respond and very helpful. Non-technical users may have some difficulty due to minimal documentation, but fields and customization are much better than Shopify's default abilities.

We've just added a new section in the app support centre called "Which Attributes can I add to my Report Template?" that shows the complete list of attributes that can be added to the different type of reports with their correspondent description.

I was able to make and automate different types of reports with filter criteria. It saved me a lot of time. I needed some customization in the report and the support team helped me in a few hours. Great service
The app is very easy to use and also has one of the better user interfaces. I also needed a couple more fields on my reports and the dev had them added by the next day. Very responsive and helpful.
Apps often fail to open, and no one responds to the feedback, indicating that the experience is extremely poor

This app is very helpful to pull information out of our store data. Any questions that I have had have been answered very quickly and accurately by support. It's definitely a go-to for me when I'm trying to quickly get totals for sales or products or a printed list of orders with just the fields I need (and not all of the fields that come through with an export). We have been using this app for almost a year now and I could say that it's doing a fantastic job!
This is a great, dependable tool that makes my analysis work much much easier. I can easily choose what to include and exclude and it has a wide range of possibilities for reports I can make.
The developers are always very accommodating and helpful. There was a time when I couldn't get something to work the way I wanted it to and I tied requesting for such feature and the response was very quick, so as the resolution.
There are many other app developers out there who would say they will look into it but wouldn't, but for Easy Reports they actually do listen and improve based on user's feedback - and for that we are very pleased and will continue using the app.

I was looking for an app that can run customized reports. I have sales associates and we need to calculate commission, sales, etc. This app is great and does everything we need.

5+ Stars for Juan and his team. I use this app to get a daily recap of orders by SKU in Excel format (can do CSV and JSON too). It allows me to include the fields I want in my recap. Give it a try - you will like it. Also, I emailed customer service yesterday and today they already incorporated my ask into the app. Can't beat that customer service!
Aside from a few weeks of trouble (in which Juan and his team went back and forth helping me fix the problem) this app and its Beta statistics module has solved all my reporting problems for a very reasonable price.

This reporting app is a Godsend. It's just that good. I have to pay royalties on some of my SKUs, and I can easily and quickly design an Easy Report that selectively pulls all the sales data I need by SKU along with any tag details I need.
If you desire specialized, detailed reporting out of Shopify, you cannot beat this app at its price point. It will save you hours of wasted time.
I needed an app to export orders custom values, and Easy reports is perfect.
They even added some custom attributes quickly after my request.

BEST DATA EXPORT APP on Shopify for our needs! For the purpose of generating different customer reports using custom info fields from the "Product Customizer" app, we've compared "Data Export", "EXPORT OrderPro", "EZ Exporter" and "Easy Reports". All of the others were either hard to use or couldn't do what we wanted. Data Export could have possibly been able to export the info fields but was hard to use and figure out. I didn't even both contacting support because that defeats the purpose of having an app that my client could use herself. EXPORT OrderPro was very easy to use but not very configurable and couldn't pull out the data we needed. EZ Exporter looked like it might have been able to pull the custom info but was also difficult to figure out and couldn't filter the customers by product type like we wanted. Easy Reports was actually very easy to use, I figured it out in 5 minutes and could export everything we wanted and could be organized and filtered in many ways. It was also the most affordable. I had a random question about it and their customer service answered right away. SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS APP! THANK YOU! FIVE STARS APP & SERVICE!

Juan was amazing! I inquired about adding a field that my vendors requested to make reading the spreadsheet fields easier and cater to my vendors. It's a reasonably priced way to access shop data. As long as you know what data fields you need, you can export it into Excel and make usable reports.
the reports this app allows make things a whole lot easier to manage your products and customers. The info allows you to customize sales messages to increase more sales

Easy Reports is a great app. It is a breeze to install and use. Just about any customized report you could want is just a few clicks away. After using it for a while, I contacted Juan about a feature (for sales tax reporting) that I felt would make this great app even better. Within 24 hours Juan had added my suggested feature to the Easy Reports interface for all to use. Easy Reports is one of the best, time-savings Apps I use in my Shopify store. Keep up the great work!
