This app and support are not wholesome.
This app and customer support is not wholesome. A lot to improve.
1) Limitation - not able to override the discount price
2) Communication is limited using only to email hence impede instant response time - therefore affect the SLA.
3) Tech support not able to resolve some of the theme issue which other developer can do it.

Thank you for your feedback and for giving our app a try. I'm truly sorry that the app didn't meet your expectations. Let me address the points you mentioned:
1. Currently, the app calculates discounted prices based on the product's current price, not the compare-at price. To be transparent, we haven't received requests for this functionality before, but we appreciate your suggestion. We'll definitely consider adding this feature in a future version of EasySale to better serve our users.
2. To keep the app affordable for all merchants, we currently offer email support. While we can't provide live chat at this moment, our 24/7 support team responds within 1-2 hours, even outside standard business hours, and helps as soon as possible. We value your feedback and will consider adding a premium plan with live chat support for faster responses.
3. After a thorough review, we found that the price display issue was caused by custom logic implemented in your theme, unrelated to our app. This logic was likely added intentionally by your theme developers for a specific purpose. While we could revert to Shopify's default behavior, it might affect other aspects of your store. For this reason, we recommend consulting your theme developers, as they can provide a tailored solution that aligns with your store's needs.

After the sale ended, all my "Compare at price" disappear, more than that the Sale schedule doesn't restore the prices. Please be careful using this app.

I'm really sorry the app was confusing and was not working for you as you expected, but our support team already provided you full history of all the price changes for particular products and explained why each of that changes happened.
Our app always revert all the prices back at the end of the sale. The only exception (and I believe that's what happened to you) is when you manually change prices for products that are currently on sale. In that case we don't know what to do with that product (consider new price as sale price, or as original price and we'll need apply new sale price based on it?), so we send you automated notification and add product to special Price conflicts section of our app.
Unless the conflict is resolved, our app don't change price for that product anymore, to make sure we won't set wrong price. So if you have not resolved the conflict before the end of the sale, prices for that particular products (where you changed prices manually), won't be restored.
Again, I'm really sorry for all the troubles caused. We'll work hard to improve our app UI to make it more clear and avoid further misunderstandings. Also, our support team proposed you our help if you still need to change/restore any prices, so feel free to contact our support team if you'll need assistance.
