ECA: Easy Subscriptions App

We were nervous about switching from another app, but Easy Subscriptions made the migration so simple. Kevin guided us through the process, ensured data was safe, and made sure everything looked and worked perfectly. A smooth transition and no drop in service.

Customer feedback has been great since we launched subscriptions using this app. People love being able to manage their own plans—skip, pause, or swap products. It’s added a whole new revenue stream for us with zero hassle.

Overall pretty happy with this app. The new features are great for bundles and custom boxes, a few hickups to get there but the customer service is excellent.

Had a billing issue during setup and Daniel sorted it out almost instantly. Not only did he fix it, but he explained the cause and showed us how to avoid it in the future. That's the kind of support that turns you into a long-term customer.
